Three classes in our Dorchester studio this month:
- Wednesday, Feb. 11, 7:00pm
- Friday, Feb. 13, 7:00pm
- Friday, Feb. 27, 7:00pm

FORGE’s naked yoga events include individual work as well as (optional) partner work, so come prepared to give and receive supportive touch. Class lasts an hour and after class there will be an hour to sip tea and socialize in the lounge as well as more private areas.

Mats will be available for rent for $5 each.

About the instructors:
2/11 — Calvin (he/him) is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher that combines his fitness and performing background to offer a dynamic experience focused on breath, exploration, and discovery.

2/13 — Bree (she/her) is a breathwork, movement and yoga teacher who creates spaces that invite participants to break free from the ordinary and return to their true essence of love.

2/27 — Alan (he/him) is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Founder of TRAIN Fitness Studio whose fitness journey began in 2004, leading him to specialize in weight loss, strength, mobility, and motivation while supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and beyond.
