Three classes in our Dorchester studio this month:

- Friday, Mar. 13, 7:00pm
- Friday, Mar. 27, 7:00pm

FORGE’s naked yoga events include individual work as well as (optional) partner work, so come prepared to give and receive supportive touch. Class lasts an hour and after class there will be an hour to sip tea and socialize in the lounge as well as more private areas.

Mats will be available for rent for $5 each.

About the instructors:
3/6 — David (he/him) is a 100 HR Yin and 200-HR Vinyasa certified yoga instructor and ACE certified group fitness professional. A former dancer, he blends fluidity and breath into movement and encourages play and creativity.  (he/him) is a 100-HR Yin and 200-HR Vinyasa certified yoga instructor and ACE certified group fitness professional. A former dancer, he blends fluidity and breath into movement and encourages play and creativity.

3/13 — Mike (he/him) is a certified yoga teacher living in Philadelphia, with lots of experience in queer men’s classes. He brings an awareness of the transformational aspects of yoga, and its ability to foster internal and communal connections.

3/27 — Alan (he/him) is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Founder of TRAIN Fitness Studio whose fitness journey began in 2004, leading him to specialize in weight loss, strength, mobility, and motivation while supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and beyond.
