Stretch: Naked Yoga in November
TWO DATES:
Friday, Nov. 14, 7:00pm
Wednesday, Nov. 19, 6:00pm (all genders)
Following the success of our October events, FORGE is returning to the same space in Dorchester for queer naked yoga. Let’s make this a regular thing?!
Class will start 15 minutes after doors open. Each class will include individual work as well as (optional) partner work, so come prepared to give and receive supportive touch. Friday’s class is led by Mike, and Wednesday’s class is led by Surya, both experienced FORGE yogis. After class there will be an hour to sip tea and socialize in the lounge as well as more private areas.
Mats will be available for rent for $5 each.
If you are BIPOC or trans, enter promo code BELONG for 20% off.
**
Surya Makech blends the radiance of the sun (Surya) with the Mayan Makech beetle—a symbol of transformation, spirituality, and love near the heart chakra—guiding students to move authentically and shine from within.
Mike Caniff is a certified yoga teacher living in Philadelphia, with lots of experience in queer men’s classes. He brings an awareness of the transformational aspects of yoga, and its ability to foster internal and communal connections.
