    Hammad is a former lawyer and COO with a passion for queer healing and liberation. He has scaled mission-driven organizations, worked with state and local government, served on nonprofit boards, and is plugged into Boston’s LGBTQ+ scene.

    Scout is a queer nightlife promoter and dyke in residence at FORGE. She is a fierce advocate for spaces that emphasize physical connection in an increasingly digital world.

    Josh Smith (he/him)

    ARCHITECTURE

    Josh is a golden retriever who runs a solo architecture practice. Blending the best of historical charm with modern design and environmental care, he is an expert in Boston’s building codes, zoning, and planning agencies.
