All at 7:00 pm.

FORGE’s naked yoga events are a great way to connect with yourself and others. Class lasts an hour, with half of the time spent in individual yoga, and the other half focused on partner work with 3-4 other people. We will encourage mixing and mingling, but you may opt out of the partner work at any time. After class there will be an hour to sip tea and socialize in the lounge as well as more private areas.

Mats will be available for rent for $5 each.

About the instructors:
David (he/him) is a 100 HR Yin and 200-HR Vinyasa certified yoga instructor and ACE certified group fitness professional. A former dancer, he blends fluidity and breath into movement and encourages play and creativity.

Alan (he/him) is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Founder of TRAIN Fitness Studio whose fitness journey began in 2004, leading him to specialize in weight loss, strength, mobility, and motivation while supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and beyond.

Calvin (he/him) is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher that combines his fitness and performing background to offer a dynamic experience focused on breath, exploration, and discovery.
